Reiki is a technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and healing. We are all born with this power. It is the life force energy. Reiki is not a religion, or religious, therefore anyone can do Reiki. 

Learn Reiki even if its for yourself only. You can be attuned to first degree Reiki and practice just for you. There are no rules to go any further if the healing you need is personal, for your plants, the planet and your pets.

The first 21 days after an attunement is knowns as the 21-day cleansing cycle. Reiki One is a physical purification. Reiki Two can be more of an emotional or mental purification. Reiki Master is a spiritual purification, giving clarity on your life's path, feeling peace and wholeness. During this 21-day cycle, much healing takes place. You may feel as if a whole layer has been released from your body and energy field, and you begin to feel more balanced. The shedding of old energy allows you to become a stronger and clearer channel for the energies of Reiki. You begin to accept yourself with true compassion, and to accept all of your experiences and actions as part of who you are and what is meant to be on your life's path. As you use Reiki on yourself daily, you begin to trust life, hear the guidance you are meant to hear, and trust in that guidance.

Reiki One opens the energy channel and permits the student to channel

Reiki mainly at the physical level for oneself. Reiki One consists of two initiations with two attunements each in the Usui Tibetan system. The initiation conncets the student's energy system to the Universal Energy permanently, allowing them to channel the energy whenever he/she/they wish. Energy blockages are released, balancing and harmonizing the major energy centers known as chakras. Reiki One dives into the history, what is Reiki, meditation, grounding, meeting our guides and exploring the chakras. Reiki One students all receive a certificate of completion. 

Reiki Two requires that the student has completed the First degree and has had sufficient practice for the energy to be flowing. In the Second degree Reiki initiation, the central channel is opened up to a higher vibration and the amount of energy that can be channeled increases. Level two begins the Reiki for emotional healing for oneself, allowing you to tap and direct the higher frequency beyond the physical plane into additional dimensions. Reiki is now available to be channeled through the practitioner to another person. 

Reiki Two dives into the symbols,  one attunement, hand positions for treating others, distance healing, and practice time. This class is much longer and more involved than Reiki One and does certify the student to a practitioner level, allowing you to work on others as a business if you choose to do so. Reiki Two includes one mentoring session outside of class at anytime, after which the student receives their certificate. 

Reiki Master heightens the practioner's vibration to channel the Universal Energy. You are taught an additional Master symbol, which allows you to work on a higher level. Reiki Master attunement assists you to experience your own inner truth. It involves recognizing that each person is the master of their own destiny, responsible for their own life. This acknowledgment can often help the student to find his/her/their true path in life.

Reiki Master can then take on the responsibility of reaching Reiki to others,  if the Master called to do so. The practitioner has the ability to initiate others so that they can use the Reiki energy in their own journey to self-discovery and healing. 

Reiki Master training is a whole day course, including treatment observations, learning/practicing attunements on others,  business and ethics. Master includes one mentoring session outside of class at anytime, after which the student receives their certificate.

Each level has continued homework, increasing with each degree. Extra mentoring sessions are available for a discounted rate. All students will receive a discount on treatments from Anandamaya Healing the Whole during their courses.
